Student learning materials

The children learning materials are designed for one of the day activities of a 7-days service learning project in summer semester at Wenchuan Yingxiu town, Sichuan, Mainland China.

Our service design campaign aims at leading students actively participation and enjoys the Ocean Park in a more meaningful and playful way. A new learning experience is introduced for students to learn from playing and experience. Different life attitude messages and skills are introduced through the materials, which help their personal development. It is a part of the rebuilding skills and support to re-establish their pre-disaster living.

The service recipients we served are 45 children who are studying in Yingxiu primary school, at primary 3 to primary 6 education level, under post-disaster context. Yingxiu is a town of southern Wenchuan Country, north-western Sichuan province of Southwest China.
